What happens after the free trial?+
After 14 days, your account switches to read-only mode. You can still view all your data — contacts, estimates, proposals, and jobs — but you won't be able to create or edit records until you subscribe.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing settings page. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment information is securely handled by Stripe — we never store card details.
How do I request a new feature you might not have?+
Email us at support@bunyanbuild.com. We read every request and ship new features every week. Many of the features in Bunyan today came directly from contractor feedback.
